Making music has been my first point of contact with artistic expression. I was 11 when I started piecing songs together.
KAAY
KAAY is a project in collaboration with my brother, Julian Blum – a circus artist. Together we created a 1-hour show in which we tell a story through contemporary circus and music.
For this project I've created 5 new songs which you can hear below. This album tells the journey of my character.
At the moment I am working on a concept album. Here are some songs that have already been created. All songs are written, produced and performed by me.
"Melo" is the first single I released along with a music video to give a first glimpse into the new album. The song is about the battle between two personalities housed in one person. It was mixed and mastered by Johannes Madl.
"Moa" follows "Melo" in the narrative of the album. The protagonist is paralyzed and needs help to move forward. It hasn't been mixed and mastered yet.
"The People of the Ocean Road" portrays a utopian society and marks the end of the album. It hasn't been mixed and mastered yet.
"Change" illustrates the cost of time and its affects on beloved relationships. It hasn't been mixed and mastered yet.
The Broken Man
In 2017, the day before I disappeared for a gap year I published an album. No one knew that I sing. This record reveals what I was keen to keep covered.
